Photography has become something of an obsession of mine in recent years. Black and white, macro, portraits and wildlfe all interest me, but right from the start flowers were the main focus of my attention. Their colour and structure simply fascinate me.

I've lived in Somerset, England, for the last 25 years or so. The light in this part of the world is very special. It has a warm, golden quality at times which isn't easy to replicate.

My current camera is a Canon 7D which I love. It has all the features I want and more.
